1 No name, title, or brokerage
The most fundamental elements of a professional email signature are completely missing. Recipients cannot identify who they are communicating with at a glance. First impressions matter -- especially in real estate.
2 No phone number
(281) 650-4658 should be the most prominent contact element. In real estate, phone accessibility is critical. Clients and agents need to call immediately -- making them search for a number loses deals.
3 "UPDATE OUR NEW BUSINESS ADDRESS" -- red text, yellow highlight
This was clearly a temporary notice that became permanent. The red-on-yellow styling looks unprofessional and alarming. The address should simply be listed normally -- no all-caps, no color highlighting.
5 "My new email is..." -- stale migration notice
This notice has been in the signature for years. It served its purpose long ago. Now it just takes up space and signals that the signature has not been updated recently.
9 No credentials shown
"Licensed Associate Broker" is a significant credential that differentiates Joe from standard agents. B.S. Computer Science from Northwestern University is also notable in the tech-forward real estate space. Neither appears.

Important Issues

4 BombBomb referral link
This referral link is dated and not aligned with current marketing strategy. It promotes a third-party service rather than TPJG's own brand. Signature real estate should be used for your own assets.
6 No brand identity
No logo reference, no consistent color scheme, no visual identity. The signature should reflect the same professional branding as the Luxury Presence website -- navy, cream, clean typography.
8 No headshot or visual identity
Real estate is a relationship business. A professional headshot builds recognition and trust. Most top-producing agents include a photo in their signature.
10 No Keller Williams Memorial branding
Brokerage affiliation is typically required in agent communications. "Keller Williams Memorial" should appear, and depending on KW compliance requirements, the KW logo may need to be included.

Minor / Needs Verification

7 TikTok link uses absurdly long tracking URL
The TikTok profile link contains excessive tracking parameters. It should be shortened to a clean profile URL. Also consider whether TikTok is still an active platform -- YouTube may be more relevant.
11 CelebrityAgent concierge link -- needs verification
The concierge.celebrityagent.com/the-property-joes link may be outdated. Verify this landing page is still active and accurately represents current offerings before including it in the new signature.
12 Linq business card link -- needs verification
The digital business card link may be outdated or no longer maintained. Verify the link works and the information on it is current before including it in the redesigned signature.

Minimal, clean, gets the basics right. No tagline, no CTA, no extras. Just the essentials done well. Best for agents who want to appear buttoned-up and let the work speak for itself.

Keller Williams Compliance

Important: Keller Williams typically has specific compliance requirements for agent email signatures and marketing materials. Before finalizing the new signature, verify the following with your Market Center administrator or KW compliance team.

Common KW Requirements

  • Brokerage name must appear -- "Keller Williams Memorial" should be visible. All three options include this.
  • KW logo usage -- Some market centers require the KW logo in signatures. Check whether this is required or optional at KW Memorial.
  • Equal Housing Opportunity -- Some offices require the Equal Housing logo or text. Verify if this applies.
  • Disclaimer text -- Some brokerages require a brief disclaimer. If needed, it can be added as a small line at the bottom in light gray.
  • "Each office is independently owned and operated" -- This language may be required. Verify and add if necessary.
Tip: Ask your Market Center admin for the official KW email signature guidelines document. Many market centers provide a template or at minimum a list of required elements.

Team Rollout

After Joe's signature is finalized, the same design should be replicated for all team members. This creates a unified, professional brand impression across all TPJG communications.

Our Recommendation

Go with Option B: Brand-Forward

Option B hits the sweet spot between professionalism and brand identity. It:

  • Solves all 12 issues identified in the current signature
  • Reinforces the TPJG brand with tagline and team hashtag in every email
  • Stays compatible with all email clients (no images, no buttons to break)
  • Scales to the team -- easy to replicate for all 6 team members
  • Matches the Luxury Presence website aesthetic (navy + cream, clean typography)

If you want the CTA button and QR code, upgrade to Option C -- but test in Outlook first.

Implementation Steps

Follow these steps to update the email signature in Gmail. Repeat for each @ThePropertyJoesGroup.com account.

Choose Your Option

Review Options A, B, and C on the Signature Options tab. We recommend Option B. Decide which you want before proceeding.

Verify External Links

Before building the signature, visit and verify these links:

  • CelebrityAgent concierge page -- still active?
  • Linq digital business card -- still current?
  • TikTok profile -- still in use? If not, replace with YouTube.

Check KW Compliance

Confirm with Keller Williams Memorial whether any of these are required: KW logo, Equal Housing logo, disclaimer text, "Each office is independently owned and operated."

Open Gmail Signature Settings

In Gmail: Settings (gear icon) → See all settingsGeneral tab → scroll to Signature section.

Replace the Current Signature

Delete all existing signature content. Then either:

  • Option A (easy): Type the signature directly into Gmail's rich text editor, applying bold/italic/color formatting manually.
  • Option B (better): Have Tether generate the HTML signature code. Open a browser developer console, use document.querySelector('.editable').innerHTML = '...' to paste HTML directly into the signature editor.
  • Option C (best): Use a signature generator tool like HubSpot's free generator or WiseStamp for pixel-perfect results.

Set Signature Defaults

Under Signature defaults, set the new signature for both:

  • For new emails use: [your new signature]
  • On reply/forward use: [your new signature]

Send a Test Email

Send a test email to yourself (or another TPJG account). Check it on both desktop and mobile. Verify all links work, phone number is clickable, and formatting looks correct.

Roll Out to Team

Once Joe's signature is confirmed, repeat for all team members. Change the name, title, and individual email address while keeping the same design template.

Copy this HTML and paste it into your Gmail signature editor using the developer console method. Alternatively, ask Tether to help with the implementation.

Ongoing Maintenance

  • Review quarterly -- Check that all links still work, information is current, and no "temporary" notices have crept in.
  • When team members change -- Update the team roster and deactivate old signatures.
  • When office moves -- Update the address in all signatures simultaneously via Google Workspace admin.
  • When certifications change -- Update credentials (e.g., if Joe earns additional designations like CRS, GRI, ABR).
