The Seller also wanted to tell you that there are 3 tracts — 1 tract is 65×150 and 2 tracts are 50×150. Corner to corner property. Roof is under 10 years old. Some units have window units that do cooling and heating and some units are central air and heat. Some units have covered parking and other units have assigned parking spaces.
